Alternative Learning System (ALS) – This program is intended for the out-of-school youth in target depressed communities in Caloocan City and Quezon City. At present, this is conducted at Payatas Children Center ,Quezon City and facilities at Bagong Silang, Caloocan City. The implementation of the ALS sin in close coordination with government Department of Education (DepEd).

Community Mobilization for the Protection of Children At Risk Program – This program is intended to reach out the street children and other children at risk in communities. To enabled them to participate in street and drop-in based informal education and other services. This is conducted through outreach mobilization activities of street educators in areas where the street children normally converge for their street-life activities e.g. scavenging, pick-pocketing passers by, inhaling solvent, street-based activities that places them at risk of being in conflict with the law.

Scholarship Program – The provision of scholarship to KNK beneficiaries is following the principle of the rights of the child to education under the 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines Article XIV Section 2.3 & 4, and to provide opportunities to disadvantaged children to be able to continue their formal education on Elementary, High School, Vocational and College Courses.
