The main purpose of the Vocational Training Project (VTP) is to provide ALS learners who passed the secondary level A&E Test and other OSY, the opportunities to acquire vocational training on Basic and Advance Computer Skills and on Sewing. Integrated in the VTP or skills training for ALS learners who were A & E Test passers and other OSY in both communities of Bagong Silang and Payatas, is the component of job placement and apprenticeship.
